Keyport in the Great American Town Tour!!

We call Keyport NJ home. It reminded us of the little southern towns we drove through after we got married. Little Main St, some pretty old homes, couple of diners and bars within walking distance, and just enough white trash to keep it fun. The fact that it's on the Raritan Bay is pretty sweet too.

I walked around a couple weeks ago and took some photos of some of my favorite houses in town.





















And a few shots of the bay.

    The houses in Keyport are beautiful! They have so much charm and character! I especially love the one with all of the patriotic decorations. I love all of the boats out on the bay, too... Keyport seems like a great all-American town; I love it. Thanks for joining in the town tour party!! I'm glad we had a chance to tour the Northeast! :)

    I have never been to this part of the country. This is a delightful looking town. The bay shots are very pretty.

    I never get tired of seeing old homes. Nice photos of the bay too. It looks so peaceful.

    I use to live in Medford and Mt Laurel. The homes in your town are so pretty. Great part of the country to live.

    Hi there,
    I attended Keyport High School but live in Toronto now. The house in the first photo is my absolute favorite! I've always been curious of it but have never found any history on it. I toured it some years ago when I was younger but the couple who owned didn't know much about it. Do you know any history of the house?
